my bloodtest, fasting and random are same or random is lower than fasting. is it normal

Fasting blood sugar is 160. random blood sugar is 145

this happend to me. it was 130 fasting and after Break fast with medicine itcwas 135. Doctor adviced me to take half the medicine before dinner. After two week it was 115 fasting and 135 after break fast. U consult ur Doc and change ur usage.

There may be many reasons like:

1) You might be taking strong dosage of medicine for control of blood sugar

2) You might have taken a very light Break-fast.

3) You might have consumed very low level of carbohydrate for break fast.

4) Just after break-fast you might have worked-out
