The large variation can be attributed to lack of attention in eating habits. Regular diet is inevitable. It is walking regularly that activates pancreas to function well. How else can one expect improvement only from medicine. As medicines do not come without undesirable side effects, it is always better to give due respect of diet and exercise.

the situation can be corrected if you consume Jalra or Galvus 50(vildagliptin) once a day together with other medicines to regulate varying blood sugar levels.

She has to undertake some kind of exercise like walking for at least 40 minutes The BMI also should be checked and ensured that it is brought within limits

Count everything which goes in, as claories. Let her reduce by 1/4 what is she is eating.Stop eating sweets.Exercise/walking on daily basis. The sugar levels definitely decreases.
