your symptoms are not suggesting gastroperesis but ulcer in the stomach please do an upper GI endoscopy and make sure you do not have any cancer in the stomach and then get proper treatment for uncer.
Cut ginger into small pieces and soak it in lemon and leave it to dry or dry it in shade .Make it powder.Chew half teaspoon when you feel dicomfort as above .It will cure your problem.Further it is a mouth freshner.also.
25 years of Diabetes, its treatments & improper diet has spoiled her health.
"She vomit. Also sometimes the acid from stomach comes to her mouth." This indicates that she had been eating too may times in a day and her stomach & digestive system have LEARNED SOME WRONG LESSONS. Now first thing to be done is to make the stomach UNLEARN/FORGET those & return to the earlier proper things. This can be done in a few weeks , I feel. (If there are ulcers, situation may be different).
The wrong lesson: due to very frequent eating stomach inhibited/withdrew the control on production of digestive enzymes. As a result the enzymes & acids are continuously present in the bowel causing discomfort, false hunger & even vomiting. It has become a vicious circle, sort of rat & cat running around a basket (rat race).
We have to break this FIRST; after that we will take care of diabetes.
You have not told much about her food intake pattern in a normal day. So I assume things & suggest the following:
When she wakes up in the morning give her one or two (or more if she can) glasses of warm water with a very small pinch of salt (preferably raw - noniodised) to make it tasty & to take care of salt imbalance. After one & a half hours or after urination repeat the same quantity of water intake. Continue this till she goes to sleep at night. Continue at night also IF SHE WANT.
In between give her ONLY BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER as much as she want or can eat; NOTING ELSE. Ask her to chew well or choose easily digestible items.
SHE WILL EAT MORE & WILL BE MORE COMFORTABLE, by the Grace of God. (Please inform me the progress next day itself).
"She is taking metformin 850 mg twice and glimperide 3 mg before lunch. Also long lasting insulin 20 units at 9 p.m."
Continue medication as it is, for the time being. Medicine part will have to be taken care by her doctor.
" Her FBS is 110-120 and PPBS is 180-200". STOP EATING APPLE, SWEETS & ANY FRUIT IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT BRING FRUITS OR SWEETS TO HER VICINITY. If some is remaining in the house, either throw away or let others eat it, away from her. Let her not see fruits/sweets/sugar till things are comfortable & under control.
May God Almighty Bless her with a speedy recovery & a comfortable life ever after.
