Physic , Mind & Diet make diabetes in control

For fitness of physic you should walk 1 hr , 1/2 hr Yoga, For mind fitness daily ea rely morning wake up relax your body on your bed only , close your eyes please observe breathing its flow automatically(don't do any pranayam or bhasrika it should be natural breathing) this should be for 1/2 hr daily . You take it any food whichever you like but you should hungry at the time having food. please maintain your timing for food. Don't eat access food at a time.
