I have diabetes for over 12 years. I am taking Glycomet GP2 for the last 3-4 years but now I feel that it is not effective as earlier & feeling fatigue in my under foot portion & cannot work for longer duration. Can you suggest any medicine for effective controlling of diabetes. I checked my sugar level at 140-150 some days ago.

Your medication may need revision. See ur doctor.I did not understand what is meant by fatigue of the foot. Is it numbness, Ur sugar level , is it fasting or after lunch. If it is after lunch it is ok
