Diabetes is a fundamental disorder. It is comparable with low voltage in an electric circuit. In both cases all connected subsystems will under-perform and will fail in due course. You cannot compensate the weakness with liquor or medicines. I was diabetic from 2006; NOT diabetic from 2009. diabetes definitely causes sexual dysfunction.you must bring blood sugar to healthy levels.keep your bp normal. take one mega multi vitamin and minerals capsule, and take rejuvenating side effect free sex health enhaning nutritional supplements like aswagandha, meca, arginine capsules.firstly stop smoking which is dangerous to respiratory health.take healthy diet and exercise and then see the result. you will be surprised.
avoid smoking & drinks.
Ciggies is a definite NO NO even for non diabetics. Bloodflow is reduced and erection fails
lot of people suggest you lot of way to control diabetes , but according to habbits it is not easy to leave the habbits , as addiction dont allowe to go away , and life is one time gieft to all of us why to live with lot of purhage or restrictions enjoye it but within limit , as you take 3 pags dailly and smoke too , in the same manner you also take good medicine to normalise the drink and smoking hazards to body . If you think more you will get confused , shedual your life according to your habbits , walk regularly 5 to 8 km a day, do excersize or yoga for 30 mts . stand 10 mts to enjoye morning sunrays penitration to body . thats enough for to stay cool and that can be done .
Both diabetes and smoking are a big no no for sex life.Diabetes causes damage to the capillaries (end points of arteries) and smoking does the same thing particularly in the lungs.Alcohol adds useless calories to your system and that is not good for a diabetic.AS an ex-smoker(25 yrs) and a current diabetic I can only suggest one thing-kick both the habits.
