Mr. Anup has correctly said it. Walking should be part of our life, even if it is going to be painful. Please check the Urea content in your blood. I had similar symptoms and my urea level in the blood was really high and the doctor has informed me that my kidneys are not functioning to their best. He had given me some strong doses of medicine and warned me that this medicine will improve the performance at the same time put more load on the kidneys too. Then I left India to Japan, where I could change my life style. In two years, everything was under control and my kidneys are saved. I would suggest you to avoid too much of medicine and try to change your food habits, regular exercise, walking and good rest will help you.
