My friends told me do DANURASANA YOGA regularily in the morn and evening.sugar level comes down.So I did .

I am 62 yrs.For the past 6months suga level fasting 131/170;I am not take medicines so for not consult dr.I am walking 4 times only weekly because i have arthiritis both knee joints and pain. Now I quit nonveg,taking veg only trying to reduce quantity.now what i can do?

Thank you very much anup,so kind of me,i will follow your advice.

Yoga may help you.It is harmless,so you can try several asanas. For an Arthritic person,probably Tai chi exercises should be good because you are not straining the knees.I have a similar issue and I am trying this.Also,if you have access to a swimming pool try what are called 'aqua aerobics' exercises.Youtube has some videos on this subject.
