dinner veg soup and veg curry.
10P.M.one glass milk with haladi and 3 table spoon of VCO
today's fasting 196.so i am disturbed.kindly guide me to bring down numbers.
doing walking,suryanamaskara,yogasanas.taking only ayurvedic medicines.
