I have been doing mainly with diet and less on physical excise. 3 days a week i do yoga like pronayam ; kapalbathi, etc. as of now i am with tab glnase mf half before every meal. my sugar level is 110 - 130 after food. kindly advice

Your sugar lever is 110 fasting and 130 after food and you are with medication.
You are under control , with medication and your diabatic is type -I .
The important thing is that , now a days , you won`t find perfect and experienced Yoga Guru . If you have got and doing it , it is ok.
Despite of your yoga , you adopt a procedure to walk for atleast 45 minutes , without fixing any target of .... KM . When you will walk , the distance will be automatically , covered.
By walk , your sweat will come out and your blood circulation will be free and you will feel
freeness and freshness.
But while starting walking or exercise of any sort , do not go far out in empty stomach from your home or place of residence . Keep sugar candy and chocholate with you . Most probably if your spot of walking is at a distant place , then be with some of your friends , so that they can help you at the time of need.
Please develop a habit of doing moderate exercise regularly . Normal walking is best one, so far diabatic is concerned.

I am 60 year retired physics lecturer. my fasting is 125 and post lunch is 195 with Glizid M tow tablets one before my break fast and one before my dinner. i am 5'6'' in height and 75kg in weight. I am andlosis sopnylotis patient. I was operated on my neck cv1 and cv2 and fused my neck moment completely because of the nerve compression on my cv1 and cv2. Now my knee pain is bad.
i take very normal rice and dal or curry very less quantity for three times.
Because of neck and knee problem i cannot do much exercise.
can you suggest me a diet schedule and small exercise that i can do
