A yogic exercise called ... kapal bhati, is very useful , initially do it for 1 to 2 minutes and lator go for 10 minutes . It is simple , sit with cross legged straight, push your tummy in, ex-hailing , control movement of shouldes while doing,
Vajraasanam is very helpful.

Thanks for ur valuable ideas. I m paralytic since 15 years and dibetic too since 25 years, depend on insulline and medicine. kindly tell me some simple exrcises that I may able to do. I TIRED IN WALKING, CAN WALK HARDLY 2 KM.
A diabetic of 15 years, I have not found any exercise for or against diabetes. What is important is that one must exercise and exercise regularly. When one has to exercise regularly then one has to choose an exercise which one enjoys doing repeatedly. Further, the exercise has to keep in mind one's present level of fitness, should gradually build level of exercises and should avoid heavy impact exercises to avoid injuries in the limbs.
You might read a lot about doing exercises for 3 or 4 days a week. Regret but have found it baseless and ineffective. As a diabetic, one must exercise daily. It has to be as regular as calories intake. And diabetics can not fast.

All well said, Dibetics must do regular exercise, may it be of simple cirular /lateral movements for toes & heels if not for other body parts to disperse accumalated suger/dense blood, being lowest part of body, this may follow be upwordly massage, to avoid swelling.
Can you please post the postures name or videos if possible. By reading I didn't understand the exercises.
