I am seeking the advice from our forum members about the food supplements (vitamins) that a diabetic patient can take on daily basis. In my case I am 45 and diabetic for 15 years. But I like an open discussion from our valued members regarding the daily food supplements for all category of diabetic patients.
Have a nice day to all members.

Good answer. Can you give more information about, which were the normal foods (vegs, nuts, meat, curd or egg) that a diabetic patient can take on daily basis and its benefits.
Spirulina is good as a vitamin supplemet. Except spirulina, can you give an idea of common foods that have rich contents of proteins, minerals and other essential things a diabetic patient can take on every day.
If you are taking Glycomet, then you need to take Vitamin B12. Also include an antioxidant like Nisha Amalakki or Q-Sorb (100 mg) in your daily routine, the latter is available in Amazon and the former is a Ayurvedic preparation. Antioxidant is extremely important for diabetics.
Cod liver oil.. Magnesium... Biotin.... Amaryn from umbar tree leaves... Ashavagandha... Shatavari... Amalaki... Haldi... Nigella... Gokshura... Water boiled with 40g gold..... Vasant kusumakar ras..... Vitamin b.... Vitamin c lesser than 1000mg more tends to increase sugar levels..... I think that's enough
