Take the doctor advice. periodical check up, take the medicine as advised by your doctor.

controlled diet, regular walking at least for 45 minutes. check sugar level once in 15 days that will alarming you to contrl/ reduce ur sugar level.

take care of your feet. wash carefully your feet after coming back from outside. were proper shoe. eat diabetic diet and do exercise.it would be good if you do walking , muscle toning exercise and yoga. do not do late night. this is very important for a diabetic to sleep early.
