Am 66 years. Type-2 for eight years. Trying drugs under doctors' advise. Yoga and walk daily one hour each. No other complaint. FBS is still 236. Suggest measures to reduce BS.

without knowing ur lifestyle, body weight, ppbs and HbA1c level, lipid profile, thyroid test etc it is difficult to comment. I think u should consult a diabetologist urgently.
avoid starch like wheat roti or rice or potato ,
All suggestions are good and be followed. But I strongly feel your sugar level is not very comfortable range and you should visit a diabetelogist immediately to avoid risk of any long term organ damage!!!
Dibeties can be controlled by change in life style andproper medicines prescribed by a daibetolist oe Endocrimologist.Not to worry..consult a Doctor, of DM level.
