I am doubtful about your suffering from diabetes. Your random sugar range shows u r not diabetic. Anyhow, you are overweight and you must reduce your weight. Age 57 is not related to sexual dysfunction. Reduce your quantity of dinner. Try tab megalis 20 one tab two hours earlier before u go to bed.You may feel a difference.
