I have been advised to take only "Sugar Free" Cream Cracker biscuits. Maximum one piece per day. However, when outdoors biscuits often seems to be a safe intake if hungry. So often I can not limit it to one per day. By the way, Cream Cracker biscuits are not the ones with sweet cream. In the final analysis, it contains Carbs, so got to be careful.

Biscuits was not good . Even some marketed as diabetic biscuits and diabetic recpies please look the cover. n Nutritional content it shows high carb once in while occasionally with friends or outside going one or tw is good.
