i m having diabities since 12 years taking glucored forte. glizide m n voilx 0.3 mg now what u adviced.

Dear Dr. My blood gulucose level is around 150 Fasting AND 180 PP. I am having alergy symptoms also , itching at thighs, armpits and back. Please suggest me the remedy.
