ur sugar is too high. u got to bring it below 200( initially at least) i. take recomended medicine by ur doc, go for long walks / swimming / excercise control on diet, eat fruits which do not have sugar. u will notice the change

430 fasting blood sugar is too high. First learn to live healthy. Bring down FBS to 100. by exercise, walk at least 2 KM a day. Stay away from sweets, carbohydrates like sugar, potatoes and other similar vegetables, take more of karela, eat more of salads, take fibrous food and fruits Avoid fats like ghee and oil, fried food and eat less non-veg.
