May be you are cosuming less food on the fear of getting high sugar levels in blood and at the same time consuming diabetes drugs. You must understand that the drugs are intended to lower your blood sugar and with already reduced intake of food you are taking much medicines. Try to have some more food when ever you take diabetes , sugar lowering medicines. Beware to much lowering of sugar will lead to permanent damages of nerves and much lower sugar will lead to sudden collapse. In my opinion slightly increased sugar level is better than too much low sugar as it will lead to sudden death.
