good sex life comes from good general health. So, stick to diet, drugs, exercise (lots), lower stress levels, and increased knowledge. then good results will follow. This is the holistic approach.

It is been estimated that about 35%-75% of men with diabetes will experience at least some degree of erectile dysfunction -- also called ED or impotence -- during their lifetime.

* control your blood sugar to normal level.

* Some diabetic patients may also have hypertension. Anti-hypertensive medications may cause erectile dysfunction and impotence.

* Exercise daily (brisk walking) for about 30 minutes.

Consult an Urologist.

Tadalafil [Brand names: Amore 36 (Chemo Biological), Filda (Intas), Tadacip (Cipla), Tadalis (Ajantha Pharma) and Tazzle (Dr.Reddy's Lab)] is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED, impotence; inability to get or keep an erection), and the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; an enlarged prostate) which include difficulty urinating (hesitation, dribbling, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying), painful urination, and urinary frequency and urgency in adult men.
