Thank you, Cyics for adding that information about the grapes. I'm surprised that that wasn't in the article/slideshow. :-) How many grapes do you soak overnight for the next morning?

"To get started, bring 2 cups (475 mL) of water to a boil in a saucepan or pot. Next, remove it from the heat and add 1 cup (145 grams) of raisins to the water.

Let the raisins soak overnight, or for at least 8 hours, before straining out the fruit using a colander or sieve.

It’s typically recommended to heat raisin water on the stovetop or in the microwave before drinking it. "

This is what you can do but I do not boil water but on safety side, you can later on boil the water while drinking first thing in the morning. I would recommend, in the early morning after brushing, drink this one and at least after half an hour or so, have coffee or tea. Lukewarm water will also help you in bowl movements. Also please keep in mind try doing this during summer and monsoon but have lesser quantities of grapes during winter time. One more thing, use black grapes, not the white one, dried black grapes or say raisins. Do it for a month and you will see good changes in your body.
