one cup of milk has 12gm of natural sugar and 12gm carbs.
In developed world, milk are bottled in different colours depending up on the fat content.
Blue, green and red.
If you take grass fed cow's milk from a farm then this is good milk to consume in small quantities with balance food and drinks..
