My rbs was 275 before 10 days. I test my fbs and ffbs than after 4 days in lab and it was 143 fbs and 268 ppbs. Than I change my diet and start excercise and check again after 6 days and fbs is 134 and ppbs is 188. Without taking medicine.my a1c report is 8.6%. Am I diabetic ?

You are a diabetic, undoubtedly. Nothing to worry. Just educate yourself about the disorder, consult a good doctor, pin point what exactly you have to do to manage your condition and strictly follow the guidelines. Plan life style change, controlling food and drinks intake, regular exercise.
Buy a small dish and small plate to take smaller portion of food.
Am I diabetic at 8.6% ?, take a look at the very top of the page, from 5% to 7% it is green, changing to amber and then red!!!
8.6 is in the middle and amber, depending up on your age, weight, height, waist you need to work hard to bring down slowly the % number.

When was your A1c done? When was your last appointment with your doctor (phone/in office)? Did your doctor suggest a change to your diet?
Diabetes is diagnosed with the following blood tests:--
Fasting blood glucose level -- diabetes is diagnosed if it is higher than 126 mg/dL two times
Random (non-fasting) blood glucose level -- you may have diabetes if it is higher than 200 mg/dL, and you have symptoms such as increased thirst,
urination, and fatigue (this must be confirmed with a fasting test)
Oral glucose tolerance test -- diabetes is diagnosed if the glucose level is higher than 200 mg/dL after 2 hours
Hemoglobin A1c test
Normal: Less than 5.7%
Pre-diabetes: Between 5.7% and 6.4%
Diabetes: 6.5% or higher.
In your case Fasting blood sugar (FBS) and Postprandial blood sugar (PPBS) are above normal. You can control high blood sugar by diet and exercise. Recheck your blood sugar on weekly basis.
