Quarter cup low fat cottage cheese.
Solid cheese one inch piece.
Meat Fish
Quarter cup Tuna Salmon
One Ounce Chicken Skin removed.
One Ounce Turkey Skin Removed
Breast only..
Lean meat Beef or Pork 1 Ounce
Lean cuts drain any fat..
Fats
Medium Avocado small piece recommendation one eighth of a piece.
Cream cheese low fat one tablespoon
Mayonnaise low fat one tablespoon
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Note as you have seen over the number of posts written the emphasis on vegetables fruit and lean meat.
