Life changing diet to reverse type 2 diabetes now available free on the NHS. 💚

I know that this is only available in the UK but if this success rate can be repeated its worth letting everyone know, this was in the news before as the NHS diabetes prevention program and its being relaunched so here's an article:

It sounds very promising if we can help people lose weight and prevent or reverse type 2 diabetes and all its complications then we must and the best bit is the diet is free on the NHS as from today.

I think it's nice to have some good news as we want to help others lose weight and be healthy and healthy eating is one of the keys to good health...🌈💚
