Reduce you blood glucose.
Drink plenty of water.
Hydrate your mouth by chowing what ever you can but not sugary!

Find out your fasting blood sugar (FBS), postprandial blood sugar (PPBS) [2 hours after taking food] and HbA1c.
FBS < 100 mg/dL = Normal.
100 to 125 mg./dL= Prediabetes.
126 mg/dL and above= Diabetes.
PPBS <140 mg/dL = Normal
140 to 199 mg/dL = Prediabetes.
> 200 mg/dL = Diabetes.
HbA1c <5.7 % = Normal.
5.7 to 6.4 % = Prediabetes.
6.5 % and above= Diabetes.
If you control your blood sugar, your symptoms will be vanished. You should adopt low-carbohydrate diet. Include fruits and vegetables and protein in your food.
If you are overweight, reduce your weight.
Exercise daily for 30 minutes. (Brisk walking)
