Today in breakfast I had 64 grms masala oats. Along with 1 small pice of fruit cake.. After 100 min my blood test result was 104mgdl is it fine

You are doing fine in my view!

What is your age and BMI?

Please ensure that you are not starving if you are already lean and thin ... At least you should eat your BMR ( Basal Metabolic rates) which could be 1200-1400 calories depending upon your age, sex and BMI..

Further, if you are burning calories through physical exercise, then you need to eat that extra Calorie...
