Urine ACR

2vyears ago my urin microalbumin was 10 and creatinine 88 approximately. My acr also near 12.But last year microalbumin became 1 and acr became near 1.last week I tested urin acr.Now it is microalbumin 0.6 and and creatinine 65.Ratio 0.91.my blood creatinine 0.88 and urea 9. Does decreasing trends of Acr is due to any health problems?or it is ok.

What is the unit of measurement of your shown results.? Please give the unit of measurement for all three tests, microalbumin, creatinine and urea . Thanks

Microalbumin 0.61mg/l,urine creatinine 65 mg/do and urea 9mg/do and serum creatinine 0.88 mg/dl

Please go back to your lab and ask more questions. ACR has three ranges, A1, A2 and A3.

What makes you think the ACR is decreasing?

65 mg/do . I take it the unit is mg/dL/

It appears these tests are very important and you need to fully understand, may be a fully medically qualified person need to explain this to you.
