Consumption of alcohol should not be exceeded normal limits in the presence of the following diseases and conditions:-

* type 2 diabetes.

* high blood presure.

* Heart diseases

* Hepatitis C infection.

What is considered to be a normal limit?

Different propel can handle different limit on different alcohol.

There are many discussion on how much each person can take.

For me drinking two cans of beer can help clear the water works.?

Some say drinking alcohol from grapes can also good.

The Chinese worked on different type of tea to cure illness where as in Europe they created different type of beer to help with health so they say. I do not know what was in Asia?

Please check the carb level of beer. It is better to avoid beer. Grain based drinks offer more stability to glucose levels. Avoid any drink that has the tiny writing which says XYZ.. like flavor added. This shoots the glucose level up.
