Very good video, chalk and talk is the best way to deliver a message, as a ex IT trainer, I used chalk and talk to deliver training, other trainers complained that I did not use power point!.

The message is very clear on sugar.

If others can bring their bay with out and introduction to sugar then there is no issue. I have three grand children all three of then grew with out sugar in food until they went to school. They did not know the taste of Coke drink till the age of seven or eight. It was difficult for parents, but they managed it. Grand parents has difficulty to adjust to this method of bringing up children!!!

A good video in deed which illustrates all facts in detail about suger.Best substitute is stevia as per the video with out any harmful effects.

Yes,I use stevia tablets, about 2 to 4 a day.
