Can a diabetic take Horlicks Bournvita Boost? If not, then what beverages can be taken except tea and/or coffee?

Check the sugar contents of the drink you want to take. Both of them seem to have very high sugar content. In my opinion, they should be avoided for a diabetic.

If you do have to take some drink other than tea/coffee, I would suggest - go for whole milk with added cream but no added sugar. If you can not drink without sugar, use stevia sugar substitute.

Please try full fat milk with a little of palm sugar. Please avoid Horlicks, Complan etc
