PEANUTS-VERY GOOD BUT GO EASY

I came across this interesting article.Peanuts are good,taste fantastic as chutney(dip) but unless you are physically active,is difficult to digest and you always feel thirsty afterwards.

My favourite is roasted monkey nuts ( in shells). I find it quite addictive so have to be careful how much I eat.

Other factor is, peanuts are very high in Omega 6 fatty acid but low in Omega 3. For that reason also, one should not consume too much.
