Dear Mr Patel

I am following Sir George Shooter advice strictly. Because of my job 1 hr morning walk is not possible for me but I am doing muscles exercise 15-20 days in a month (1 hours approx).

Maximum time I am taking 3 full stomach meals in a day. Like Morning

Timing ( B/W 9 AM to 11 PM) BF are LWMDR with daal, along with fried papad & lassi.

Timing (b/w 1 PM to 2 PM) Lunch : If am at home then, 5-6 Chapaatis with Daal and Vegetable, along with lassi without sugar & salad. If I am in office Khichdi with papad & lassi (mostly). As i am working in shift duties so schedule got changed.

BF at evening around 5.30 PM: Sometimes bread pakora 1- piece/ Sometime sprouts/ Some times Egg Omlet / Chaat at market (it depends as per availability)

Timing ( b/w 8PM to 9.30 PM)In dinner: LWMDR with daal, along with fried papad & lassi.

And in between 3-4 tea without sugar in whole day. And a glass of milk before sleep.

This is my daily diet routine. And in any family function or in parties I never think before to eat if you are following LWMDR strictly as per George Sir Instructions. I eat some times sweets/ occasionally attend drink parties also ( one time with in 1.5 months average). But with the bless of GOD after starting LWMDR my BS never up beyond range & other factors also improved.

And I believe like Shooter George sir, many of the people of diabetic industry who are using LWMDR in discipline shall be out from this.( Don't think about time). Simple concept is if consumption Long wheat make your life tension free, then enjoy the life

with out thinking more.

All the very best for all the members who are using LWMDR and heartily special thanks to Sir Shooter George all the times.

Thanks

Amit
