I think that a separate post with a link is good as it will be easier to find on subsequent searches when the new topic section grows as it could easily be missed if it was a reply to the post about the new topic section.

So I wouldn't worry about it folks as either would have been fine.

Praveen55 is right. If a website is asking you for money to use the site or product, then a person can’t use/recommend it.😀👍
