Can you please cut the chapatis in half and save the other halves for each meal/snack? How big are the ones you eat? Are you doing carb counting? Has your doctor suggested that you do a low carb high protein diet?

Switch to Low Carbohydrate High Fat diet

Your BS will come down within a month

And eventually you will get off from Medicines.

Regarding your medicine consult a good doctor.Apart from medicine change your diet to millets and low carb food.Oat meal and chappathi also have carbohydrates.Go for walk twice a day for about 6 Kms per day.Learn yoga from a good master.Only these can help you from diabetes.

I have come across lots of people struggling after taking oat meal. Switch to LCHF diet.

Add walking. If you can take olive oil it works.

OK, for breakfast most people are in a hurry, oats OK>

For lunch, eat boiled chick peas and fruits.

For evening eat a lot of cooked green leaf veg and sweet potatoes.

No for chapatis!!

It is difficult. You have not said what drinks you take, take black tea no sugar and water.
