Your FBS seems to be excellent. I wish I had those numbers. I do not see any reason to worry. Do you feel any symptoms of hypo or just the bs reading makes you nervous?
Is it lab test results or you monitor your bs at home? Home glucometer is not as accurate as the lab test but it is very useful tool to see the trend in bs. It is highly unlikely to go in hypo if you are not on diabetes medications.
You have nothing to worry as long as you have breakfast regularly on time.
Hypoglycemia occurs when blood sugar levels falls below 72 mg/dL. But you should be cautious when you take insulin at night and blood sugar levels falls below 72 mg/dL during sleep. Panic: Less than 40 mg/dL or more than 500 mg/dL.
If a person with diabetes takes too much insulin, their blood sugar levels can drop too low. This is hypoglycemia. This can also happen when taking other types of diabetes drugs that cause the body to release too much insulin from the pancreas.

As long as the numbers don't fluctuate too much, don't worry..
I would suggest to tweak your diet to ensure there isn't extreme fluctuations.
Healthier diet- Fruits, greens.
Using Natural sweetners instead of refined sugars.
Changing to healthier oils like Fortune Vivo (personally a big fan) for cooking and olive oils for salad dressing.
And while I am sure you would be exercising but regular 15-30 mins light exercises can also make a big impact.
Do not worry my friend .My blood suger usually remains around 80 ,this morning 78.I have never experienced hypo .In case it goes down below 72 as Mr Gangadharan says take immediately some sweet biscuites or chocolates. All the best.
