First of all, continue with your exercise. That is very good. You should consider losing some bodyweight, may be 7 to 8 kg. Diet is the most important in controlling our blood sugar. Also, what is your last HbA1c?

I am very impressed how you have maintained regular exercises. However your sugar levels are still very high even though your are on medication. It's quite obvious something is not right with your daily meals. You can fix this by lowering carbs intake in food and beverages. Please let us know what you normally eat as requested by Praveen55.
