White Rice, Brown Rice and Mohan Rice: Which one to Choose?

Many south-Indians, including myself, are rice eaters. My diet consists of brown rice and roti. Has anyone tried Mohan rice and if so, what is your opinion? It is not available in local markets or even on amazon. It is possible to get it online from Dr. V. Mohan's diabetes shop. Is it better than brown rice?

White rice is not at all recommended for diabetic patients as its glycemic index is very high. Rice with its outer coating is a better choice.
