i have fasting diabetic 100 and post lunch 190. can you suggest what to do control post lunch diabetics

split your meals and eat. smaller meals does not give big spikes. also take supplements like amla, vinegar and wheatgrass, experiment and see.

Hi Vaishali

I feel you should reduce your carbohydrate intake and also talk to your physician. I had a similar problem and my doc started me on voglibose to control my post prandial sugar. Take care and all the best.
