Why does it happen ?

Why do my finger tip get wrinkly so fast whenever i touch water specially in the morning, and it goes away once my hand gets dry.

I thought that as well. I drink a fair bit of Diet tonic water & with a hint of Lemon is nice on a hot day.

It could be due to compression of ulna nerve , or compression of a nerve in the neck which cause poor circulation to that part . Raynaud's disease where the small arteries in the fingers are subject to spasm and obstructed blood circulation , could also have caused this condition . Apart from these , high sugar levels cause peripheral neuropathy , which usually starts in many cases with the fingers of feet or hands . But in this case the sugar levels are observed to be normal . In any case it is safe to get tested for reason , before it becomes rather serious .

May be you are getting less calories, even I have numbness when I eat less.

I am trying to eat something every 2 or 3 hrs without before getting too hungry.

I Reduced the amount if rice and chapati, I add cucumber and carrots so that its full and fibrous. Now its ok.

Eating less causes nausea or headache in many cases , but not numbness .
