Ramzan bhai, the link he has given seems to be bogus as well. This guy was peddling it through this forum. I got 2 bottles of Himalaya. No use. I got original plant from a reputed nursery and then identified some creepers exactly same i our gardens. I could give it free to anyone sufferring. I hv been trying it on myself. If it helps i will help u guys. But one thing is sure, it fixed my cold and in spite of cold weather I have no flu, cough or severe cold this season.

Guduchi/giloy is a very common herbal creeper. Grow it in your garden or in a pot with natural neem manure and use fresh leaves. Chew 2-3 fresh leaves on empty stomach to lower fs. You can also chew 2-3 fresh leaves with a little arecanut/supari (like paan) after food. Do not stop regular medicines at once. Gradually your bs will reduce and the dosage of medicine will reduce to nil.

Exactly. Thanks

Dear Friends

Tinospora cordifolia- Guduchi/Amrita is a very effective medicine to curb/control Dibeties if treated under observation of a qulified Ayurveda Acharya or Vaidhya. Excess intake of this herb may lower optimum level of Sugar in your body which is required to maintain good health. It is my request to don't try such Divya Aushadhies with lack of proper knowledge or based on the information through net.

Guduchi is also known as Giloy , in tablet form it is known as Sansahmani . It has to be administered with Chandraprabhavati with anupan of water/ takra. If all are interest we may describe in brief.

Pls advise in detail use of the capsule as well as stem of Guduchi as there has been much tu tu mein mein on this herb and diabetes. Thank you and may the Lord bless you.

Your lipid profile is not at all good. your VLDL is the alarming part. It should be around 20 otherwise they can cause injuries to the blood vessel walls and then turn out to be a plaque. If you can give the daily diet you have I will be able to guide you. But to start with you can take ROSUVAS 10 mg to have a check on the lipids and then control with diet changes.

no drinking. small cup porridge morning and evening, two small chapati lunch, a cup of milk going in tea, 250 gram dahi. sometimes 1-2 potatoes with subji, 1 cup dal.

Tinaspora cordifolia also known in different languages as - Gilo,Ninjara, Gularich ,Shindil, Kodi, Tippa-teega(in Telugu) , Guduchi ,Amritvel ,Heart-leaved, Moon-seed etc. Clinically it is useful in : seminal debility ; fevers esp. in intermittent fevers ; jaundice; splenic affections ; leprocy; leucorrhea ; skin diseases ; genito-urinary troubles such as gonorrhoea , dysurea etc. This Guduchi can not be used as single medicine for Diabetes . There are other medicines in combination for Sugar problems in Ayurveda and Homeopathy .But no system of medicine can cure Diabetes . One can expect to control the levels of sugar in blood . It is better to continue to take Allopathic (safe) medicines and some ayurvedic or Homeo combinations . All the Allopathic medicines are not safe. Therefore , please take the latest and proved medicines from a good Diabetologist .Now-a-days some doctors prescribe some drugs which do not reach the market only to get the feedback from the patients for reliability of the new drug .

Ayurveda believes in removing the root cause of the disease instead of superficially treating the symptoms. Diabetes type 2 is a very toxic condition of the pancreas/liver wherein the body is unable to use the insulin produced. Guduchi is a very potent pancreas/liver detoxifier apart from being a insulin promoter. It is very easy to grow guduchi in your garden or in pots. Fresh leaves and also stem are very effective. Grow it with neem manure and use. You'll notice the difference. Fresh leaves can be chewed like paan with a little supari. Make your own churan with dried leaves and stem without using any preservative, for carrying while travelling. You can also prepare a pulpy juice with apple cider vinegar and a pinch of kala namak.
