I have been using it for almost a year. I have not felt or observed any side effect so far nor there is any noticable change in sugar level as my Allopathic medicines continue in the same proportion.

Some people have benefitted..some says that it regenerates beta cells...

I took paneer doda for a few weeks initially... however I can't say if it helped for sure because I was doing many things and taking multiple herbs and concoctions. So while my sugar levels did go down I'm not sure what helped me the most at that time. As I started elimination one-by-one then I noticed paneer doda had little effect. The reason why I stopped it then was that I read somewhere it may affect kidneys if used continuously.

I have been taking it since almost 2yrs. No side effects and very helpful in lowering bsl by almost 30-40pts.
