Keto and Intermittent Fasting

Hi. I have been watching a lot of videos dealing with KETO and Intermittent Fasting. Has anyone ever tried these methods for dieting and controlling their diabetes?

Yes I have practiced this.During Ramadan I have observed that lchf diet along with fasting gives a very good results.Thanks

yes both of these will have less carb, less sugar levels, and body will work on healthy ketosis. in fact fat burning harmones get activated due to very less demand of insulin.

If you plan to include IF while on medication, you should take suitable precaution to avoid HYPO. Better to do it under the supervision of a Doctor, at least in the beginning while you are gaining experience.
