My Diabetic Condition

from last 3 years I have Artery blockages & the 4 top most cardiologists in my city ie Bangalore told be to undergo bypass, finally I have decided not to undergo bypass & went to a Cardiologist Mr Simha of Simha Heart Foundation of Mysore, now I'am doing well, for a month or two he stopped insulin for me & kept on tablets but I suffered a lot so then again I'am on Insulin with tablets but the insulin dosage has reduced

Greetings,

For some days or months dont have the following food due to Carbo Hydrate as it blocks the pancreas and insulin production is blocked:-

1. The three most poisonous food (Wheat, Corn, Fruit Juice), avoid

2. Avoid complete, all Root based Veg E.g. (Potato, Beetroot, Carrot, Peanut etc etc)

3. Avoid white Flour (Maida and Bakery items)

4. the most important also, (in the morning when having coffee or tea, dont use MILK, Sugar or creamer as there are sugar)

Food to be had (LCHF) Low Car High Fat)

1. Have green veg

2. Can have black chana or white chana, sprouts, Green Moongh and in that you can add butter, ghee, cheese as this helps and avoid hunger.

3. In the morning, Have Tindora (IVY Gourd, and Baby onion little - as Tindora pulls sugar and Baby onion increases, Insulin.

If possible do forwarding bending and try to touch your palms to the floor (as it may take some time) as it dissolves all the dirt accum,mulated in the organs. there ar other asans also and do Kabal Bhati Pranayam as it Help to activates Pancreas.

4. Medicine, Indian Medicine too good and other ways are also there like Accu Pressure here they activate the Pancreas (without any needle etc)

5. Before eating (ith your four fingers press the middle part of the Palm as it helps Pancreas to activate (it may take some time. Also the Centre part of the Palm, press ith your Thumb beforfe food (15 times both the Palms) make to regular.

For Artery Blockages, have Crushed Garlic milk (turmeric powder) a as required in the night to remove the blockages. though Milk has sugar. Please try to Join ART of Living and they can help to recover as many of them have come out with various major issues. Even diabetic is cuarble/reversable. . God bless. Ramesh
