Hi. I'm new. My name is Juliet and I am 35yrs.. I'm into this forum on behalf of my mum. She's been diabetic for over 8yrs., but she recently went through three major surgeries. Within a space of a month. Right now we're battling with her healing process due to the sugar level. Please, can anyone with similar or past experience assist with information on how to curb her situation?
Thanks.
Jr.

Changing her diet at this time is quite fundamental in this discussion. She actually did the surgery at a Lagos university teaching hospital LUTH. So there different specialist on her case. Because of the wounds the surgeon's placed on some fruits and vitamins A,C,E,Zn, and Ferrous. But the endocrinologist insist she stay off those foods particularly fruits like banana orange apples and watermelon. They claimed those fruits are not good for her. So they seem to be clash of interest in her diet. But i decided to give her meals made from our local plants.
