Numbness and tingling problem

Hello dear all

I m facing problem of numbness in legs alongwith tingling.my present hb1ac is 6.3.i also hv backache.i m taking b12.may be due to peripheral neuropathy..i m given calcium pantothenate.i m not on any med.

Have you seen your doctor about the numbness and/or tingling? If not, please call the doctor's office and ask to be seen for an appointment this week, if possible. Numbness and tingling let to continue for a long period of time can get worse before it can be better. When did the tingling and numbness start?

Yes I discussed with my doctor.he gave me pregabalin and calcium pantothenate.i am taking vit.and lipoic acid 150 mg.generally gaba pantene is prescribed.i think I should increase lipoic acid to 300mg.

I 've diabetes since 3 months.so I was not expecting diabetic peripheral neuropathy so soon.but I had joint pains prior to diagnosis.
