Obesity and diabetes is my problem. Can anybody give the home remedy commonly for both problems?

Obesity may be the trigger for your diabetes.If you can reduce your weight significantly,you may find a solution for your diabetes.But how to reduce the weight without causing any other health complication is a question for which you have to find a solution yourself.
