Are you T1 or T2 ? All through my childhood I was a skinny rake. Being T1 is a test & not many people know what is happening. I used to race Catamarans & the min weight was 10st10. I was made to carry bricks on my boat because I was not heavy enough. The healthy you are the easier to put weight on in T1. So many differences to T2. Good luck
Perhaps eating more good fats would help increasing weight gain such as avocados, nuts, full cream dairy (milk, cheese, cream, butter and yogurt), nuts, seeds, olives, olive oil, ghee and coconut oil.
Doing resistance training is also a good idea to increase muscle mass and may increase more weight.
My case is also same to urs. Lost weight from 65 to 60. I also want to increase weight.
Your body mass index is normal (19.7). Hence there is no necessity to increase your weight.
