Since you have two issues to deal with- high BP & high BSL, you must keep both levels in a healthy range either with my medications, natural herbs/ supplements but best of all is adapting healthy lifestyle. All medications do have health benefits but also many adverse effects. It is really up to you to dictate how to deal with your health issues. Consult a good doctor who can help and clarify with all questions and concerns. There are many claims on herbs or supplements that seem to work with someone but not everyone. Most importantly, disscuss with a doctor before takes anythings in order to avoid negative interactions.

BTW, how do you go with BP lower drugs? Is it under control?
