Simple lifestyle measures have been shown to be effective in preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes. To help prevent type 2 diabetes and its complications, people should:
* achieve and maintain healthy body weight;
* be physically active – at least 30 minutes of regular, moderate-intensity activity on most days. More activity is required for weight control;
* eat a healthy diet, avoiding sugar and saturated fats intake; and
* avoid tobacco use – smoking increases the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
Undergo HbA1c test.

See a good Diabetic specialist who can guide you on medication, Diet and exercise like walking. But it is a must to walk for 30 minutes daily to have a lesser medicine.
Check your diet and your lifestyle. Make it very simple. 30 min excersie + eating good nutritional food habits + avoid to eat sugar + drink black tea and black coffee without sugar or artificial sugar + drink 2 to 3 liters of water + always be happy and be healthy.

Dinner 1 chapati 100 gm curd of cow milk make it at your home dont buy from shop with spinach
Try this diet 15 days and see how weight u lost key is too loose 1 kg per month if u loose 10 kg there are chances of reversal of type 2 diabetes I had my self followed this diet I m free of all medicines and don't forget to excercise go join gym but don't take powder protein it will increase cholestrol avoid fry foods
