I!m a diabetic patient and I don't know what to eat and what not to. Should I take the medicine or not? My reading is 182-316.

Simple lifestyle measures have been shown to be effective in preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes. To help prevent type 2 diabetes and its complications, people should:

* achieve and maintain healthy body weight;

* be physically active – at least 30 minutes of regular, moderate-intensity activity on most days. More activity is required for weight control;

* eat a healthy diet, avoiding sugar and saturated fats intake; and

* avoid tobacco use – smoking increases the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

Undergo HbA1c test.

See a good Diabetic specialist who can guide you on medication, Diet and exercise like walking. But it is a must to walk for 30 minutes daily to have a lesser medicine.

Check your diet and your lifestyle. Make it very simple. 30 min excersie + eating good nutritional food habits + avoid to eat sugar + drink black tea and black coffee without sugar or artificial sugar + drink 2 to 3 liters of water + always be happy and be healthy.

Soak methi seeds 1 spoon overnight and have it early morning empty stomach after 1 hour take your breakfast 1 chapati multigrain with

Tea avoid all bakery products or else take threptin biscuit sugar free but it's very costly after half hour your breakfasts drink 2 glass warm water

Don't eat anything till lunch in lunch take green vegetables especially karela bittergourd with 2 chapati

10 almonds compulsory every evening

Black seed kalonjee 15 seeds 3 times a day u can check on google black seed is called as mother of all medicines

Dinner 1 chapati 100 gm curd of cow milk make it at your home dont buy from shop with spinach

Try this diet 15 days and see how weight u lost key is too loose 1 kg per month if u loose 10 kg there are chances of reversal of type 2 diabetes I had my self followed this diet I m free of all medicines and don't forget to excercise go join gym but don't take powder protein it will increase cholestrol avoid fry foods
